COVID-19 Actions Studio69NYC is taking to protect our community and clients

In accordance with all local, state, and federal requirements, the following actions are being taken to help protect all clients, staff, and business partners:

  • Limiting the number of people in the studio to 4 maximum people to allow for proper social distancing.

  • Mandatory health screening assessment (e.g. questionnaire, temperature check) daily for all staff.

  • Each person entering the studio will be required to answer health screening questions and have a temperature check.

  • Contact Tracing: Maintain a continuous log of every person, including workers and visitors, who may have close contact with other individuals at the studio; excluding deliveries that are performed with appropriate PPE or through contactless means.

  • All persons entering the studio must use appropriate PPE. During actual shoots, appropriate PPE will be worn by staff while the client may not be wearing it. PPE will be provided for all staff and visitors if they do not have their own.  

  • Minimum 1-hour break between all sessions to disinfect the studio.

    • Adhere to hygiene and sanitation requirements from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Department of Health (DOH) and maintain cleaning logs on-site that document date, time, and scope of cleaning.

    • All high-touch surfaces wiped with disinfectant.

    • The entire studio will be sanitized using UVC light.

  • Provide and maintain hand hygiene stations for personnel, including handwashing with soap, water, and paper towels, or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing 60% or more alcohol for areas where handwashing is not feasible.

  • Post signage throughout the site to remind personnel to adhere to proper hygiene, social distancing rules, appropriate use of PPE, and cleaning and disinfecting protocols.
